Hello friends :)
It's Thursday again,
And it's been a rather overwhelming week with the many responses to my post on Saturday.
Thank you for your support, your prayers, your words of encouragement,
And to those who are walking the difficult roads of their own lives,
Thank you for your faith.

Here's my list of things I'm thankful to my Savior for this Thursday:

My pink tree-
It's a glorious riot of color in my front yard these days-
I love the way the petals turn my sidewalk into a pink carpet.

Walks around the block with my love.
Dried flowers with which to decorate my home.
My Bible study time with the girls on Wednesday mornings.
Baking with friends.
Knit blankets.

Hope . . . I love that word!  It's a word that brings so much life & joy, but only when it's used rightly. Our Love Story (Part 3)

(Missed the earlier installments?  The story starts here:  Our Love Story-Part One ) A week and a half after our first meeting, I was sitting at my desk at work, and had just told KJ to pray I would hear from him soon. (Or maybe I just needed patience?) Opening my facebook messages I discovered one that started with, "Dear Allison," And the rest is history. The Story Behind Her Eyes

Wait, When did those eyes staring back at me change? When did the girl become a woman? There's a story behind her eyes. Was it when she realized love hurts... But is still SO worth it? When the world became a little more black than white? Was it when life became a series of routine days? When joy became a choice? Or, I know, When the perfect walls came crashing down? Actually, no, I don't know. When does the face of a girl change? Behind the story in her eyes, I still see joy. Still see the girl inside. She's just . . . aware.
